COVID-19 Operating Procedures: Through May 1st, we are operating on an Appointment Only Basis - Please make an appointment or send an email with the link below explaining your needs IN DETAIL. Do not walk up to the store without an appointment, as we cannot accept walk-ins. We are on a skeleton staff and have health safety requirements. You need to make an appointment to buy a new computer, drop off a new repair, or pick up a completed repair. We cannot service or answer questions about phones or tablet/iPads. Simply email us what your need is. We will respond as quickly as our work load allows, which should be within 75 minutes. We have full Apple and Windows PC inventory in stock. We have very limited ability to answer phone calls but will return calls as possible. Apple and Lenovo Warranty Service is available.
When you make an appointment we will send you precise SAFE OPERATING PROCEDURES to maintain 6’ distance and not touching surfaces. WHEN YOU ARRIVE, PLEASE WAIT IN YOUR CAR. PARK NEAR THE AUTOMATIC REAR DOOR AND WE WILL COME OUT TO GREET YOU. Please be advised that health requirements do not allow for public use of our restrooms.
